​City of Mansfield: Art's Week - Kids Day Concert 

Every year, the Mansfield Philharmonic partners with the City of Mansfield to host our annual Kids Day Concert. This family-friendly performance engages music lovers of all ages with a diverse repertoire and fun educational programming.

Mansfield Philharmonic Youth Orchestra

The Mansfield Philharmonic Youth Orchestra was created to bring young musicians and the community together through the power of music. Founded in 2025, MPYO works alongside local school music programs to provide a supportive space for students to grow, perform, and connect. Serving as the premier youth ensemble of the Mansfield Philharmonic, the orchestra celebrates the talent of our area’s youth while enriching the musical life of the Mansfield community.

Mansfield Summer Strings Camp

Founded in 2022, Mansfield Summer Strings is a week-long intensive program hosted at First Methodist Church Mansfield in partnership with the Mansfield Philharmonic and teachers from Mansfield ISD.
With the continued growth of the strings program in Mansfield, we sought to create a space where all students currently studying a string instrument (violin, viola, cello, and bass) could come together to work with and learn from quality instructional faculty members of the Mansfield Philharmonic and area teachers. It is our goal that each student grows musically and personally, while also enjoying all the fun, fellowship, and excitement of camp.

Summer Reading Session 

Our annual Summer Reading Session is an informal rehearsal open to orchestral musicians in the DFW area. Participants will have the opportunity to rehearse professional repertoire while working with a roster of invited guest conductors.
